SHIPPING ISSUES:
If you do not receive your order, or your order is damaged, UPS and USPS must investigate the matter. In order to investigate the issue, please contact us within 10 business days. If the package is not located, or UPS/USPS damaged the box, then a claim will be issued. Within two weeks of processing the claim, the shipping carrier refunds Pass the Watch, and the replacement(s) will be shipped out. If the item is no longer available, and a different item is not wanted, Pass the Watch will gladly refund you the money.
If you receive a different item, or a damaged/defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We can then correct the situation, by offering, a replacement or a refund.
