Within the USA, we ship free using USPS Priority Mail (2 Day Shipping) on nearly all of our products. USPS is our default shipping service.

NOTES ON SHIPPING:
If you are shipping your purchase to an APO, FPO, or a PO Box, then USPS Priority Mail is the only service that will deliver to those addresses. UPS does not deliver to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes.
The shipment time frames only apply to business days, not weekends and holidays.
Weekends deliveries only apply to Next Day Saturday Air for UPS.

If you do not receive your order, or your order is damaged, UPS and USPS must investigate the matter. In order to investigate the issue, please contact us within 10 business days. If the package is not located, or UPS/USPS damaged the box, then a claim will be issued. Within two weeks of processing the claim, the shipping carrier refunds Pass the Watch, and the replacement(s) will be shipped out. If the item is no longer available, and a different item is not wanted, Pass the Watch will gladly refund you the money.
If you receive a different item, or a damaged/defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We can then correct the situation, by offering, a replacement or a refund. Please make sure to contact us no more then 5 days after receiving the shipment. After 5 days we may not honor your claim. You can contact us here.
